Asian-style Sea Bass Fillet

Ingredients:
• Levantina Sea Bass Fillet
• 2 tsp Sesame Oil
• 5 tsp Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp Honey
• 6 leaves of fresh coriander
• 5gr Ginger
• 2 heads of Cypriot Chard
• ½ cup Basmati Rice
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp Red Bell Pepper
• 1 tsp Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp Unsalted Butter
• Salt & Pepper

Method:

• Preheat the oven to 180°C.
• Season the fillet, roll them, tie them, and bake them in an oven pan for 10-12 minutes.
• In a pan, add soy sauce, honey, ginger, brown sugar, and sesame oil and let them cook into a sauce. Once finished, add the coriander.

For the egg fried rice:
• Boil or steam the chard for 2 minutes, then saute in a pan with a little butter.
• Saute the bell pepper with some oil, add the beaten egg and stir for 1 minute. Add the cooked rice, some soy sauce, and 1 tsp sesame oil.
• Serve the chard, rice and fillet together and add the sauce on top.
