Oven Baked Sea Bream

- Prepare the sea bream by stuffing it with fresh parsley, green onions, and peeled lemon slices. Don’t add salt or a broth.
- Dice the sweet potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, and broccoli in even pieces, add salt and pepper and sauté them in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil, until soft.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °C, in the conventional heating setting.
- Add the sea bream, the cherry tomatoes, and the sautéed veggies in the oven uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
